    Valentine’s Day Events

    Help a cupid out

With budget costs and love slowly declining, cuts have to be made at Global Holiday Industries and the industry is reviewing the Cupid Division closely – especially one cupid named Jerry who has been slacking lately. This Valentine’s Day, help Jerry meet his quota and keep his job by finding the love letters he left in the mall. Have a friend help you match the clothing of the person described in the letter and take a photo in the photo booth located below the spiral stairs on the first floor of the mall for a reward. More details can be found online at the Cupid On Notice website. Rewards range from a cute little photo frame to your own pair of cupid wings.

    Check out Jerry’s story:

    Dance the night away

After playing matchmaker, stop by the SingStar space to play Stupid Cupid for limited edition SingStar One Valentine’s Day T-shirt. Simply dance with up to three different people in sync within the time limit to earn it. For example, if you find someone doing the cabbage patch, do the cabbage patch and move to the next dancer. It has to be three different dance styles, so don’t go finding three different people all doing the cabbage patch. Many have tried and failed.

New Spaces, Events, Updates and Issues

    New Spaces

    Warhawk Personal Space
For Warhawk fans already bored with the space on Home now have a more interactive Warhawk Apartment they can purchase for $4.99 at the Real Estate Store located in the mall. This space places players in the belly of the huge Warhawk aircraft and features a personal Sand Table for plotting attacks in the game or shoot down pesky airplanes by taking potshots at them in the 2-player co-op game Warhawk Turret Shooter. The space has no exit, much like the Paris Clock Tower Apartment but does offer three wall spaces to hang personal pictures. Check out the Warhawk Apartment:

    Events

    Make dot Believe
In Central Plaza players will find floating black orbs of electricity near the apartment complex. This is part of Sony’s new “Make.Believe” campaign. For a free wall poster to hang in your personal space, find the orb again based on the clues that are given. Each player is given a unique clue. For example, if the clue is “Morph to the Future,” that’s simple. The orb is on the other side of the Sodium One Hub warp gate.

    Freebies at the Movies Today
The trailers for SOCOM: Fire Team Bravo 3 are now playing at the Theater located in Central Plaza. There will be free SOCOM: Fire Team Bravo 3 themed shirts given to all players both male and female each week now until February 23. The trailer will most likely be playing in auditorium 4 located on the right after entering the theater, but may change auditorium without notice. You should look for the poster over the doorway. Each week there will be a different shirt available. Once the week is over, that particular shirt is gone for good so hurry into the theater if you want the first shirt.

    Updates and Issues

    • The London Pub has been updated to fix issues with random items falling through the pub floor. Players who own these spaces will need to re-download this personal space for the fixes to take place. Personal items have not been deleted. In fact, players will now find the items they placed previously reappear in their proper space when the download is complete.
    • The Waterfall Terrace has been updated to fix an issue with the Fishing Mini-Game allowing players to unlock the fishing lures earned. Prior to this fix, the last lure refused to unlock but it is available now. Another fixed issue deals with the players ability to stand or sit in the wooden boat.
    • An issue has been found involving the Mardi Gras Mask Bundle found in Threads 1 at the Mall. Players reported that all the Venetian Mask items will not add to their inventory after purchase.
