Jenni Lada brings us information about all of the groovy new gaming imports from around the world.
If you don’t own a Wii and have always wanted one, you need to get to your local Walmart ASAP! All Walmart stores are now carrying a limited edition Wii bundle that has everything you need to get started.
Normally, a Wii costs $199 and comes with a Wii, a remote, a nunchuk and the mini-sports game collection Wii Sports. This limited bundle comes with all that, a copy of Wii Sports Resort and a MotionPlus peripheral for the exact same price. Yes, only $199. Normally, Wii Sports Resort will cost you an additional $49.99!
Both WiiNintendo and Joystiq are reporting that the bundle will be in Walmart stores immediately, and Joystiq also notes that it will be on Walmart.com starting March 7, 2010. Some Walmarts are open 24 hours, so you may want to pick up your phone and make some calls. A Wii bundle like this could be the perfect Easter stocking stuffer.
