by Lucy Newman on Apr 18, 2008 at 10:14 AM

interview with Derek Bloom of FFTL about upcoming game FacebreakerRecording artists From First To Last (FFTL) will be featured in the upcoming boxing game Facebreaker. The game is still under development at EA Canada but when it’s released for the Playstation 3, XBox 360 and Wii systems, FFTL’s tracks will knock you out.

I spoke with Derek Bloom, drummer for FFTL, about the upcoming release of Facebreaker and he was excited about being featured on the game.

“We have three songs in that game. I’m not sure exactly which songs,” Bloom admitted. “As far as Facebreaker goes ... I really don’t know much about the game other than it’s a boxing game. The PSP reached its third anniversary on March 24, 2008, in North America and if John Koller, senior marketing manager for the PSP, is to be believed then even the handheld is supposed to have a 10-year life cycle.

Jon Koller told IGN in an interview, “We’ve talked about the PSP being a 10-year product, but a 10-year product in the…

by Pulkit Chandna on Sep 5, 2007 at 12:22 AM

Kaz Hirai PS3 might not be the hottest selling game console in the world at the moment but, probably, it was one of the most plugged consoles before its launch thanks to its little known cell processing prowess.

Nearly a year into its launch, game developers have generously vented frustration concernign the PS3, labeling it a difficult console to develop games for.

Sony Computer Entertainment’s President, Kaz Hirai, told Playstation Magazine that it can take up to six years for games to fully tap the PS3’s innate potential.
