MSI GX600 Extreme Edition Laptop

As part of Gadgetell’s Live CES 2008 coverage, the site is teasing some of the gaming gear that will be on display at the Las Vegas, NV, event (January 7-10, 2008).

The latest update is Micro-Star International Corp.‘s (MSI) laptop, the GX600 Extreme Edition. You can overclock this laptop for extra speedy performance with a single button press, activating the Turbo Drive Engine (TDE). No word yet on price or availability, though I have seen it priced online for £964.99 (approx. US$1900).

The system will also have colored game buttons (W, A, S and D), NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT, 80-250 GB hard drive, HDMI output, built-in webcam, 5.1 stereo support and 15.4” WSXGA+ Non-Glare LCD Display.
