zOMG! announces open beta set for tuesday Just got word from Kate Pietrelli of TriplePoint that the company is going to announce the public Open Beta launch of their new MMO zOMG! today (November 6, 2008.)

“I just wanted to give you a heads up that Gaia Online is announcing the public Open Beta launch of their MMO game in development, zOMG! ... when the game launches into Open Beta for public access, millions of Gaia community members as well as new members to the community can join in and play this free, browser-based MMO game,“ Pietrelli wrote.

Registration now open for Champions Online closed beta

Champions Online is an upcoming massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) based on the Champions role-playing game that was first published back in 1981. It’s being developed by Cryptic Studios, a company you’re probably familiar with thanks to its work on City of Heroes, another superhero-themed MMORPG.

How to enter the Call of Duty: World at War multiplayer beta

Activision has officially started the closed multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: World at War exclusively on the Xbox 360. The multiplayer portion of the game is expected to be just as good or even better than Call of Duty 4. The beta is only running for a few weeks so time is of the essence. You can join the WWII inspired mayhem by doing one of two things.

Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment’s (CME) upcoming massively multiplayer online role-playing game Stargate Worlds will enter a closed beta phase on Wednesday (October 15, 2008), according to a press release issued by Firesky, the game’s publisher.

Mount&Blade may not be the most eye-catching title of all time but, hey, what’s in a name anyway? The important thing is the gameplay which you can experience by signing up for the final beta at Gamespot.
