As you may recall, Bejeweled Twist was released back at the end of October, 2008. Unlike the priginal Bejeweled, where you shift two gems to group gems of the same color together, Bejeweled Twist has you spinning groups of four to match up three or more gems of the same color. As you can probably deduce, it takes quite a bit more effort and thought than the original Bejeweled. PopCap has confirmed that, if your mobile device has a touch screen, there will a touch screen control option.
PopCap Games has only made three other mobile video games on its own, which is surprising because it seems like there should be a lot more. I mean, when I think of casual games, I think either PopCap or Big Fish. The mobile versions of Astropop, Bejeweled, Insaniquarium and Zuma were all developed and published by other companies, despite being based on PopCap franchises. Only the mobile versions of Bookworm, Chuzzle, Peggle and the forthcoming Bejeweled Twist were developed by PopCap.
