Turkey Invasion!

This week for a limited time Home users will gather in Central Plaza and find it overrun with turkeys and a giant bronze turkey in the fountain. Visit the turkey statue to start a new mini-game that unlocks a turkey costume simply by keeping up with the turkey, but be quick because this turkey does sharp turns and can run pretty fast. Check it out:

Live by the Creed!

According to the PlayStation Home blog, along with Thanksgiving Day events is the release of more Assassin’s Creed 2 items for Home. I can’t wait to rock Ezio’s outfit, this outfit will be made available for both male and female avatars, in the blog it mentions the item being released this week but the only new outfits I have found for Assassin’s Creed II are two promotional bundles listed below in the shopping section. For now check out the Assassin’s Creed II videos at the theater and in the PlayStation Network Store if you haven’t tried the game yet. I just finished it myself and I can assure you, that you won’t be disappointed in this game and you will love the outfit.

Steven Seagal Item

For those who missed the chance to unlock the Lawman virtual item last week, there will be another showing of the video December 8, 2009, in Auditorium 8 at the Movie Theater located in Central Plaza. I’m not sure if it will unlock the same police vest or a different item, but its sure worth checking it out if you’re curious about Steven Seagal’s new show on A&E as mentioned the last Sony Home Update. Be sure to visit the theater to check it out and unlock a free virtual item.

Temporary Issues

Many users are still experiencing issues with store bought and unlocked items since the recent update. Home managers and developers are aware of the following issues, and currently working to resolve the problem so please be patient. The items in questions include:

This week at the mall players will notice the Halloween items are now gone. Because the stores now have individual categories and bundle sections, unless listed next to the item in (parenthesis) all items are available for male and female avatars.
