Hit it again Sam! Season 2 of Sam and Max: Beyond Time and Space by Telltale games is coming out for Xbox Live today (Wednesday, October 14, 2009).

Sam and Max are freelance police who team up and take on strange cases including a demon-possessed Santa and an emo vampire amassing an army of rave-loving zombies. With Sam’s smarts and Max’s snarky attitude, the duo is unstoppable. Each crazy tale is told in five adventure-style episodes.

The Xbox Live version of Sam and Max will include achievements, HD graphic support, localized subtitles for German, French, Italian and Spanish and a custom control scheme adapted specifically for the Xbox 360. Also, an exclusive picture pack will be released with the title.

All five of these awesome titles will be bundled together and sell for 1600 Microsoft Points (making each game only 320 points).

Telltale is also hosting its annual Halloween party and this new release will be great inspiration for some costume ideas. The contest offers the potential to win a gaming console.

People are encouraged to use any of the Telltale characters in the contest. Past costume’s, contest details and official rules are on Telltale games.
