Important Importables
Jenni Lada brings us information about all of the groovy new gaming imports from around the world.

Our lovely friends over at Kotaku have scored an interview with a source who has played the game and given details and problems that the new developers, Pandemic, are running into.
First, a few positives about the game. The Dark Knight will be set in an open-world environment of Gotham City (think Grand Theft Auto meets Batman with a hint of Spider-man as Batman will actually maneuver around Gotham using his grappling hook). There will also be times in the game when you actually get to drive the Batmobile around the city to fight crime. Another plus surrounding the game is that it’s set after the events of film which will give Pandemic more leeway to be creative with the story.
However, there are three problems keeping the game from seeing the light . First, there is the unreliable free-roaming camera that probably makes it difficult to see who you’re fighting. Secondly, the combat itself is flimsy at this point. Finally, Batman has a limited range of moves which makes the gameplay repetitive.
Considering no date has been given for release, Pandemic will have plenty of time to work out all the kinks that have already arisen and give us some exciting gameplay that the Batman truly deserves.
