I’ve been holding back on reserving my copy of the Resident Evil 5 collector’s edition set until I knew exactly what I was getting. More often than not, game companies like to include a couple of cheap knick-knacks and think that enables them to charge an extra $10 on top of the MSRP for their games.
However, Capcom’s not holding back with all of the goodies that it’s decided to include with Resident Evil 5’s collector’s edition bundle, nor is Capcom holding back on the price tag. The collector’s edition is scheduled to hit the streets on March 13, 2009, for both the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 and will be demanding $89.99 from your bank account.
And, in case you’ve been living under a rock, Resident Evil is one of Capcom’s most beloved zombie slaying series that basically established the survival horror genre of gaming and if you call yourself a gamer, you should already have known this. Anyway, on to the good stuff.
