It certainly has been a somewhat busy week for PC real estate simulations. The latest entry is Rusty Axe’s Big$hot, a game focused on buying, selling and building up businesses to try and become a real estate tycoon. The ultimate goal of this $19.99 game is to be successful and have a huge empire, after a virtual 12, 24, 36, 48 or 96 month game.
Like pretty much all PC games, there’s a free Big$hot demo. In fact, it sounds more like a sample version of the game rather than a demo. You can go through the tutorial, and then play 12 month Easy mode games as many times as you want. You can even save your game and pick up where you left off later and see your high scores. Not bad for just a demo.
The only thing is, I didn’t see any system requirements information on the official Big$hot web page. Since most of their other games require Windows XP, I’m going to guess that you’ll be fine, as long as you have a PC with Windows XP or better. It doesn’t look like it has any unusual requirements.
