Practice with Professor Heinz Wolff’s Gravity

by Jenni Lada on Nov 24, 2008 at 11:17 AM

Professor Heinz Wolff's GravityThe “somewhat” educational puzzle game Professor Heinz Wolff’s Gravity, often referred to as Gravity, is now available in a PC demo form. The goal of the game is to use gravity and physics to solve certain puzzles and push a button at the end. The full DS, PC and Wii versions of the game are scheduled to be released in Europe on November 28, 2008 and in North America sometime after that.

It sounds like the PC version of Gravity may be the one to invest in if you’re interested. It has 100 normal puzzle levels, 20 sandbox levels where you can just play around with the game’s various tools and items, four mini-games and an editor which lets you create new levels to play. The Wii version is “almost” identical to the PC version, except it doesn’t have an editor to create extra levels. The DS version, while portable, is stripped down a bit. It has the 100 levels, but it only has five sandbox levels and three mini-games.

The Gravity free demo is pretty nice, but still only provides a sample. Windows users with Direct X compatible systems can download the 51.4mb demo from the official website and try out the tutorial and five levels taken from the game. If you’re having trouble finding it, head to the downloads section and then choose the demo tab.
