This test can be found on Sony’s Buzz! Quiz TV game. The newest downloadable pack, which can be purchased for $6, is an American Culture Pack that challenges individuals based on how familiar they are with American life.
Along with this pack, there is also a Brain Challenge expansion pack for free, a Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm 7 Pack for free, and a Skate 2 pack titled “Time is Money” for $5. This additional content will allow players to unlock all of the skaters, locations and modes that can be earned through experiencing everything that Skate 2 has to offer.
Guitar Hero World Tour and Rock Band have the usual collection of song packs for gamers as well. Guitar Hero World Tour has hits by Silverchair, The Vines and Wolfmother, which can be downloaded $1.99 individually or as part of an Australian track pack for $5.49.
Rock Band has songs by Godsmack, Belly, Rob Zombie, Ghost Hounds and the Steve Miller Band. The songs follow the individual pricing plan of $1.99, as well as $5.49 for a track pack. So far though, only the Steve Miller Band has saw fit to include their hits in a pack.
Wipeout HD and F.E.A.R 2 are the latest demos to arrive in the store for this week, along with videos for games such as Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard. Movie trailers are available as well, along with the usual batch of game videos and demos for Sony’s Playstation Portable.
All in all, another successful update but the lack of LittleBigPlanet content is disappointing.
