And this week is also very typical.  Yeah-yeah, a Condemned 2 demo and another one for that Sega Tennis mashup thing, if people actually still give a damn about Sega anymore.  Standard-issue Rock Band stuff.  Water, rinse, repeat.

That is, except for the announcement of a special edition Blu-ray of Gattaca.

So, for the rest of this space, allow me to make a Public Service Announcement to the more tech-savvy who are actually into this whole “new format” tripe.  Gattaca, if you haven’t seen it, is quite the gem.  It’s a grand dystopian epic of a man whose genes screw over his dreams to get into space, so he undergoes strange operations and uses bags of Jude Law’s urine to cheat the system.  It’s a great movie.
