These days some of the most popular massively multiplayer online (MMO) titles recruit mature players who graciously pour hundreds of hours into their online quests. The other end of the MMO spectrum is geared towards children which is never as immersive as one would hope for them to be. The time has come for a game to present a middle ground for young and old MMO players alike to enjoy.
LEGO Universe is a new MMO in development by the Lego Group. If you’ve enjoyed playing through some of the Lego Star Wars or Indiana Jones games, you already have a rough idea of what to expect from this title. Lego Universe hopes to create a world where players can utilize all the elements that make Lego games fun and share them with people all over the globe. In order to make Lego Universe an authentic experience, the Lego Group has enlisted the help of fans to help shape the game.
