Kmart’s pre-Black Friday 2008 game sales (November 9-15, 2008)
And the sales have begun. In this week’s Kmart print ad, the chain is promoting “Black Friday Price Available Now!” with at least one item. At the top of the game page (page 2) is Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock for PS2 for $44.99 (regular price is $89.99, limited quantities and no rain checks).
The other deals include $39.99 ($20 reduction) for Brothers In Arms: Hell’s Army for PS3 and $10 off when you purchase both WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2009 for PS3 ($59.99) along with Viva La Raza: The Legacy of Eddie Guerrero on DVD ($29.99).
Sale prices are good in-store from November 9 through November 15, 2008, and (according to the bottom of the page) online November 9 through N0vember 12, 2008.
The other items advertised, though most are not especially deal-ful, include:
- Wii Fit with Wii Balance Board for $89.99 (limited supplies, fairly common price but was retailing for $130 at one point)
- Guitar Hero: World Tour guitar bundle for Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360 for $99 ($89.99 for PS2)
- WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2009 for $59.99 for PS3, $49.99 for Wii, $39.99 for PSP and PS2 and $29.99 for DS
The rest is pretty much a lit of new releases and available products:
- Pokemon Ranger (DS, $29.99, avail. Nov. 12, 2008)
- Star Wars: Clone Wars (Jedi Alliance on DS for $34.99 and Lightsaber Duels on Wii for $49.99, available Nov. 11, 2008)
- Endwar ($59.99 for PS3 and Xbox 360, $39.99 for PSP)
- Fallout 3 (PS3 and Xbox 360, $59.99)
- Farcry 2 (PS3 and Xbox 360, $59.99)
- Xbox 360 Pro 60GB bundle for $299.99
- PS3 80GB console for $399.99
- Some usual PS3 and Xbox 360 accessories and six already released games for both systems (PS3 and Xbox 360).
