IndieCade at E3 2008

IndieCade introduce gaming industries to independent creativity IndieCade announced it will feature highly innovative works and collections of the independent games development community during this year’s E3 2008 being held at the E3 Media and Business Summit from July 15 through 17, 2008, in Los Angeles, CA (USA).

IndieCade is a gathering event for independent game makers from around the world as a marketplace of ideas and projects. It’s also a meeting place for collaborators and investors to give these industry representatives a glimpse of the creative and raw inspirational talents, much like its counterpart in independent film making.

The IndieCade International Festivals of Independent Games were invited to give the attending audience a view of the creativity and diversity of independent game making to the invitation-only event.

During the E3 IndieCade event, 100 games will be featured including casual games and mainstream artistic games. The event will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center in booth #437 from July 15 though 17, 2008. Those unable to attend this event (since it is by invitation only) can check out the IndieCade at the following events:

  • Penny Arcade Expo - August 29 - 31 in Seattle, Washington
  • E for All - October 3 - 5 in Los Angeles, California
  • Open Satellite - October 10 - 17 in Bellevue, Washington
  • GameCity - October 30 - November 1 in Nottingham, England
  • IndieCade Latin America - No dates have been announced.
