Mario can come home for Christmas with you this year thanks to two items that can be found at your local GameStop. The Super Mario Galaxy stocking and ornament are one part holiday cheer and one part shameless piggy-backing on one of this season’s “it” games. Both items are deemed collectible and are products of Catalyst Marketing.

The Super Mario Galaxy holiday stocking features a falling Mario and a cute yellow star embroidered on the sock itself, and the Super Mario Galaxy logo on the white fuzzy trim. The sock is available in black or red, and costs $9.99.

The Super Mario Galaxy ornament also features both Mario and the logo on a black, spherical ornament. Mario is flying face forward on one side, with the logo on the opposite. The GameStop website doesn’t specify what it is made of, but it is likely plastic. It is also pretty reasonable, costing only $4.99.

If you combine these with the Hallmark 2007 Christmas game controller ornament which was reported on in an earlier Gamertell entry, you can have a video game themed holiday this year.
