The computer is no longer safe. Just when your mouse-hand has finally recovered from the claw shaped arch again and your pointer finger has stopped that annoying twitching, PopCap starts the cycle of addiction all over again with Peggle Nights, a new incarnation of Peggle. Peggle Nights was just released, and it comes with 60 new adventure levels, 60 new challenges, new modes, a new character and a trophy room.
Many of the characters return from the previous Peggle game, only this time they have new looks that match their nighttime personas. The basic gameplay remains the same as well - shoot the balls and attempt to eliminate every orange peg from the board. There’s a free demo version of course (Peggle fans would probably riot if there wasn’t), that is 25.5mb and runs on PCs. You can also buy Peggle Nights for the PC alone for $19.95, or get it with the original Peggle for $34.95.
I’ve honestly never played Peggle before. I wonder if it is really as addictive as everyone claims. One of my close friends adores it.
