Casual gamers who enjoy Bejeweled or Zookeeper may want to get excited about Enigma 7. GameInvest’s Enigma 7 is your standard, casual puzzle game. It isn’t available just yet, but will be in July, 2008 through your favorite casual webgame sites.

So in Enigma 7 you play archeology student Joe, who happens to be looking for Jane, his girlfriend and fellow archeology student. She was doing some exploring, looking at the enigmas and their corresponding portals, and vanished. Players, as Joe, go after her. Rather than calling the authorities, Joe decides the best way to find her is to follow the same path she did before disappearing. This means that players go through seven “match-3” puzzles to earn seven keys to open the portals.

I still like Zookeeper best. I know that all of these games are basically the same, but there’s something about Zookeeper that warms my heart. I think its the zoo owner in the DS version, but I can’t be sure. I haven’t had the chance to play Enigma 7, but it looks like your standard, casual, matching game and will probably be a good way to kill 15 minutes.
