Until January 8, 2009, Gamestop is selling Bad Company on PS3 and Xbox 360 for the bargain price of $19.99. You may have better luck going to Gamestop in person because the game is either back ordered or just not available online. Compared to prices from other outlets, you’ll be saving about $10 with the offer. Besides, Bad Company is a really good game with a ton of destructible environments that a lot of modern shooters still don’t have.
Bad Company follows a squad of four soldiers who are considered to be expendable to the Army. As a result they are given the most dangerous missions with little to no thanks in return. Throw in a little gold fever, and we’ve got a passable story and plenty of humor to curb the serious nature of war. The multiplayer mode called Conquest was added to the game back in August 2008 due to popular demand and more maps were added at the end of October 2008.
