Building a legend on Facebook with Perfect Warrior

by Jenni Lada on Jun 28, 2008 at 02:13 PM

The standard female avatar art for Perfect WarriorFacebook is home to many addictive, user created applications and games, and Perfect Warrior is one of them. Perfect Warrior is something of a text-based, massive multiplayer online game. Once players sign up, they can battle monsters, join alliances, equip items, strengthen weapons with runes, go on monster hunts and strive to become a legend.

Perfect Warrior requires quite a bit of dedication and time to succeed. Your character has three attributes - strength, constitution and dexterity. Defeating monsters earns you skill points which you can use to strengthen these attributes. The best way to succeed is to plot out what kind of character you want. You may want a strong and aggressive warrior who can take enemies out in one hit. Or perhaps a tank who can take repeated hits without falling is more your style. Of course a lightning fast opponent who can dodge attacks and deal frequent criticals is also a very viable option.

Once you’ve decided how you want to grow your character, the next thing to do is start searching for an alliance. Alliances offer both assistance and weaponry. See, alliances can purchase statues, which will provide a certain % boost to strength, constitution or dexterity. Also, some of the best and cheapest weapons are found through alliance trade. If you aren’t in an alliance, you’ll have to pay a tax on those weapons, or be unable to access trades within your own alliance.

Plus you’ll need alliance members and friends to take down bosses or legendary bosses. Regular NPCs can be defeated on your own, but bosses can only be challenged with another warrior’s assistance. The legendary enemies, like Orochi, can only be killed by a large group of hunters for your guild.

Once you’ve started playing and you’re on the track to becoming a hero, there are only a few other, small things to remember. First is to try and get rune equipment as quickly as possible. For beginners, rune weapons and armors are great starters. Second is to be generous if you’re in an alliance. If you don’t donate to your alliance, they can’t afford statues to boost your status. Third is to grind - each set of enemies will drop body parts which you can equip to make your character stronger. Finally, be active. If you’re not, your alliance will dump you and you’ll never become a Perfect Warrior.
