Next week at Gen Con Indy, which will run from August 16-19, 2007, Atari will be showcasing playable demos of three upcoming RPG’s: The Witcher for PC, Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer for PC, and Dungeons and Dragons: Tactics for the PSP.
Gen Con attendees can check out Atari’s wares at booth #329. D&D costumes are strictly optional.
Gen Con Indy has always been big with the card collecting crowd, but 2007 (its 40th year!) marks its first foray into the world of videogames. Other heavy hitters signed on besides Atari include EA, CCP Games, Sony, NCSoft, Blizzard, and Eidos.
The con will take place at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis (along with surrounding area hotels) from Thursday August 16, to Sunday August 19, 2007. Four-Day badges are $65 for pre registered guests, $75 on site. One-Day badges run for $35 (pre-registered) and $45 (on-site).
