    Nintendo Australia has settled out of court with New Super Mario Bros. Wii pirate James Burt for $1.5 million dollars Australian ($1.3 million American). Burt was the first person to crack and upload New Super Mario Bros. Wii to the internet.

  • Many of Ubisoft’s Q1 2010 releases are shovelware

    Ubisoft has released its Q3 2010 fiscal year report. The company’s sales have gone down, and it’s planning to focus on main series, casual games and online endeavors. It also lists 18 Q1 2010 releases, 8 of which could be considered shovelware.
